Halo 3 is more "realistic" because at least it's Sci-Fi with futuristic, fictional reasons for why Master Chief can dual wield and take damage to shields and regenerate because he's a bionic super soldier.
the MW2 character is basically Master Chief with a modern soldier skin in a current setting which is crazy.
a price drop would be nice but a slim is not as necessary because the 360 was smaller than the original fat PS3 to begin with.

Microsoft and their 3 year warranty aside, I would still be pretty nervous if I had a PS3 for more than a year. 10% failure rate is bad and is only being ignored because of the RROD fiasco which is really bad. If your console is going to break then odds are it's after you had it at least a year.
360 may have a really bad failure rate and it's inconvenient but no one, including myself, has had to pay a cent getting it fixed.

I have both versions and play the 360 version much more so quit it with the "omg, PC version better" sour grapes argument because you don't have a 360. Sometimes....

The reason there is no Netflix streaming outside of the USA is because Netflix is an American company that only has offices and licenses in the USA. The rental laws in America are pretty liberal and I'm not sure something like Netflix (unlimited rentals, one set fee) would even be legal in a lot of European countries or even Canada.
